Lately on Film

Another little life update. But this time in the form of photos. Zach got really into the idea of shooting film through old point and shoot cameras last summer.  Anddddd slowly dragged me on board. My aim and focus are always a little off on iphone photos, so I was really unsure about this :)

But on a couple of trips this fall, I tested it out! I found myself using an hour of free time chasing the sun through streets of Seville to use the film that requires bright light. I was so curious on what they would turn out to look like! I knew there were a couple of moments that would be incredible if they turned out the way my eyes had seen it. But, with film, sometimes it is and sometimes it isn’t. I am still figuring out how to dial that in a little closer.

Anyway, not all of these were shot by me. Some (the more focused and centered ones) were via Zach. But, here’s a little bit of what we have been up to this fall/winter! Shot in Des Moines, my childhood home, New York, Rhode Island, Boston, Maine, Nova Scotia, and Spain.
