February In Review

I'm just going to subtitle this one, BRUNCH. 

The first brunch we had were these little bananas. 

Okay, more than that. But we made amazing breakfast with our friend that was staying with us. Tiny cute bananas for tiny baby monkeys on their moms backs were served alongside eggs and bacon.

We went to Perry to this little old post office to watch our friends Holly and Wes get married! Ooooooo!!  

We also got some pretty great new apartment goods this month. This print from Artifact Uprising that Zach took on our honeymoon now christens our credenza.

We got a new mattress from Tuft and Needle and new pillows from Malouf. It came tucked in a box like a little Swiss roll.  

I did some pre spring downsizing to my closet. 

The next weekend was Valentine's weekend!  

It started with treats at work.  

It continued with birthday dinner club. 

Saturday morning commenced with a little gift from Zach :) 

Then trailed it's way over to crepe brunch at our friends new house.  

Zach found both moon boots and an elliptical.  

I went to my first ever ISU basketball game!  

My good friends and I went to Minneapolis to visit Brenna and Hudson.  

And what do you know? We found our way to amazing brunch both mornings. 

We got to shop and drink amazing juice.  

And then! Warm weather run followed by an amazing brunch and coffee on our porch. 

Then followed by all sorts of spring things. 

February had a lot of food :) what else do you do all winter? But. It also had a fairly exciting amount of spring things. We are getting closer, friends.  Hang tight and slowly inch those birks and shorts back into the closet for a bit longer.
